After Joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on May 10, 1992, she moved to work at Tan Mai Paper Company, then worked as Director of Department of Industry and Trade, Secretary of Nhon Trach District Party Committee. Experiencing many different positions on May 14, 2016, when she was holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, she ran for the 2016 National Assembly deputies in the 1st constituency. her first candidacy she was elected to become a member of the National Assembly with a total of 713 votes. 148 votes reached 72.12% of the valid votes.
