After 1975, director Hoang Hoa became famous for the films "Flip Card Game", "Farewell to Summer", "Behind a Fate", "How to Forget", "Wanted Order", "Tay Son" and "Goodbye Cali". The film that is considered the most successful in the directorial career of Le Hoang Hoa is the movie "Upside down card game", which is considered the pinnacle of Vietnamese cinema. "The half-turned game" was adapted into a movie by Le Hoang Hoa from the novel Between the sea of spears and the sword by writer Tran Bach Side. This film won the Special Prize at the 6th Vietnam Film Festival and the Silver Lotus Award at the 7th Vietnam Film Festival.
In 2007, after 15 years away from home, settled. in Poland. Director Le Hoang Hoa suddenly returned to Vietnam and established a film studio at City. Ho Chi Minh. He embarked on making the sequel to the famous horror movie "The Promised Ghost". However, this film was not able to return to Vietnamese cinema when Le Hoang Hoa died permanently in an accident on 31/07/2012.
