Hieu PC (real name Ngo Minh Hieu) Famous Vietnamese hacker who caused the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) headaches to "loss of sleep". He is the one who stole the identity and social security numbers of 200 million Americans and a series of large-scale intrusions. By 2013, Hieu PC had made more than 3 million USD selling data to many organized crime rings in the US. The FBI had difficulty determining the extent of the financial damage, but it is estimated that cybercriminals exploited the identities of Americans obtained from Hieu PC to defraud about $1.1 billion at banks and retail chain in the US.
Blind eyes because of money along with the impulsiveness of youth made Hieu PC act thoughtlessly, arrested in Guam on February 7, 2013. A month after his arrest, Hieu PC was allowed to call his family to inform him of his situation. Hieu PC was detained in Guam for 2 months and then sent back to New Jersey where he infiltrated MicroBilt's systems and other systems to steal data.

During his studies, Hieu PC discovered a hole in the school's computer system that exposed payment card information. He contacted the school technician to fix the error but no one cared.
