During her high school years, she often went to her sister's nail salon to learn how to draw. With a talent for painting, she learned very quickly and by the end of the 12th grade, she was able to master nail art. Not only that, she can also teach nail art to students. In 2004, she began to learn the basic techniques of nail art and worked hard to hone her skills. At that time, many people thought that manicure was simply a nail cleaning step and then painted a monotonous color, few people chose oily or complicated nail designs because it would affect daily activities. That's why the nail samples made by Pang My Nguyen are considered to be lacking in applicability. She had a stressful time and worked hard to find the best solution to balance her passion with her work. Although I know that my nail designs are not well received by many people, My Nguyen still decided to develop a fantasy nail line. For My Nguyen and her team, each nail is a work of art that is meticulously cared for. With the mindset that the more difficult it is, the more she has to make a breakthrough in her expertise to create an impression to attract customers, she has spent a lot of time in the day practicing to improve her skills, constantly creating designs, material treatment to suit the trend. In 2009, the big turning point in My Nguyen's nail career was when she won the First Asian Nail Award with a fantasy nail set called Angel of Love. In 2011, she won the National Excellent Young Worker Award.

Pang My Nguyen is currently a teacher and art director of a nail care training center. Her daily job is to create and train students.
