Her mother saw that her daughter did not like the profession she was studying but still had a dream of becoming a pilot. With her mother's support, Phuong enrolled at Esma Aviation Academy (France) for 2.5 years. Phuong's class has 32 students, of which only 4 are girls. “Initially entering the school, I did not have any knowledge of aviation, only a passion, while most of my classmates had a father, mother or family member working in the aviation industry. People look at me like 'this girl won't pass'” – Phuong shared.
But in the end, when she graduated, Phuong was one of the best students at that time. Phuong thinks everyone is studying and trying the same, but the opportunity and luck it comes to first come first. Once I have chosen this job, especially women who choose this job, almost everyone's personality is similar.
