Phan Thi Thanh Nhan is a famous Vietnamese poet, born in Tu Lien, Tay Ho, Hanoi.
She is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a member of the Vietnam Writers' Association, and a member of the Committee. implemented the Association in the period 2001-2005.
Phan Thi Thanh Nhan started writing poetry at an early age. In the early 1990s, there were poems published in newspapers. She is widely known to readers with "Huong whisper" (this poem was set to music by musician Vu Hoang in 1984). In addition to writing poetry, she also writes newspapers, short stories and stories for children. For children, "Miss Nhan" is very close because of the poem "Being a brother".
Currently, she is living with her only daughter in Hanoi.

- In 1999, her poem "Huong whisper" won the second prize in the poetry competition of Van Nghe newspaper.
- Award at Kim Dong Publishing House in 1995 for the work "Escape".
