Who is Poet Cho Chung-kwon?
Known for his bold, confrontational poetry collections such as Seven Flowers of Mind for Observing Rain and the Grave Summit, he was the recipient of the 1988 Korean Poets' Association and Kim Literary Prize. Suyeong in 1991, among other honors.
Starting in the mid-1990s, he headed the Korea Culture and Arts Foundation.
