In 1979 - 1982, he attended Nguyen Du School of Literature (course I);
In 1983 - 2003, worked at Ha Bac Arts Association, was Head of Editorial - Publishing Department, Vice Chairman of Ha Bac Arts Association;
In 2003- 2006, transferred to become Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Kinh Bac magazine and Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Arts Association.
