Eric Nam is a Korean-American male singer, songwriter, television host and businessman. Eric first appeared on television through "Birth of a Great Star", a talent show similar to "X Factor", in 2012 after his music video appeared. on Youtube. To date, he has released many EPs and singles in Korea and the United States.
On September 25, 2012 Eric Nam signed with B2M Entertainment and became a solo artist. On January 23, 2013, Eric released his first music product, which is the mini album Cloud 9 called "Heaven's Door". From 2013-2016 he was MC for hit shows like "The After School Club", "The ASC After Show" an interactive show for K-pop artists and fans, which aired at 188 different countries. He has interviewed stars such as: Miranda Kerr, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Jamie Foxx, Amanda Seyfried, Paris Hilton, Barbara Palvin, Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Ki Hong Lee, Benedict Cumberbatch, Noel Gallagher and many other famous artists.
April 2014 Eric Nam returned to the Korean music scene with his first technical single "Ooh Ooh" which was sold out at the Seoul Jazz Festival along with other artists. other artists like Damien Rice, Chris Botti,Jamie Cullum, Craig David and Paolo Nutini. In December 2015, Eric Nam signed an exclusive contract with CJ E&M. On March 24, 2016 he released his second mini album, "Interview" titled "Good For You".
