Le Phuong Quyen was born in 2003 in Hai Phong. She studied at Tran Phu High School for the Gifted, where she achieved many outstanding academic achievements and won the Bronze Medal in the Australian Royal Chemistry Competition in Vietnam in 2019. After graduating from high school, she became a student in the High Quality Program in International Business of Foreign Trade University. At the Miss World Vietnam 2025 contest, Le Phuong Quyen quickly attracted the audience's attention thanks to her confident demeanor, fluent communication ability and solid educational background. Possessing a height of 1.72 m and body measurements of 80-62-95 cm, she is considered one of the contestants with modern, elegant beauty and suitable for the contest's criteria. In her journey to conquer the crown, the beauty reached the Top 15 of the Beauty of Courage contest and left her mark with a charity project called "Rose in the Highlands". The project aims to raise awareness of adolescent health, and at the same time support female students in difficult mountainous areas, demonstrating the desire to contribute practical values to the community.
