G-Dragon's real name is Kwon Ji-Yong, he is known as a South Korean singer, rapper, songwriter and music producer. In 2012, he released his first extended single One of a Kind with title track of the same name. The album received Record of the Year award at the 22nd Seoul Music Awards. His second album, Coup d'Etat, was released in 2013 which earned him Artist of the Year award at the 15th Mnet Asian Music Awards. and World's Best Entertainer and World's Best Album at the 2014 World Music Awards. He also became the second member of the group to have an album released in Japan. Besides, he was praised by experts for his creative style. and his contributions in the fashion industry.
