Psychologist who proposed influential theories on learning and human behavior that led the way to modern educational psychology. He is also the president of the American Psychological Association and a member of the board of the Psychological Corporation
To help with the enlistment efforts during World War I, he invented two tests multiple options used to classify rookies. Alpha testing was given to all soldiers readable, and Beta testing, with images, so soldiers could not.
