Tran Phu is a Vietnamese revolutionary. He was the first General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Tran Phu was born into a family whose father was a teacher in Phu Yen's name is Tran Van Tho, his mother is Hoang Thi Cat. When he was 10 years old, his parents died. Tran Phu and his youngest brother wandered everywhere from Quang Ngai to Quang Tri, later brought home by her maternal aunt, Thai Thuong Tu Khanh Pham Hoang San, and raised him to study at Phap Viet Primary School and Quoc Hoc School. Hue. At Quoc Hoc Hue School, Tran Phu was taught by Vo Liem Son, a patriotic teacher. In 1922, he passed the Thanh Chung exam first, then he was 18 years old, and he returned to the French-Vietnamese primary school at Nghe An teaching profession. Having the opportunity to be close to the working people, patriotic intellectuals could read Nguyen Ai Quoc's newspaper, Nguoi Duoc Nguyen, he participated in patriotic organizations such as Phuc Viet Association and Hung Nam Association. In 1926, he was one of the comrades in the Hung Nam Association who went to Guangzhou to meet Nguyen Ai Quoc, and attended a political training class and joined the Vietnam Cach Menh Youth Association founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc. Realizing that he was a person with a profound sense of enlightenment, he was soon admitted to the Communist Youth Union by Nguyen Ai Quoc, one of the core organizations of the Youth Union. In 1927, he was sent by Nguyen Ai Quoc to study at Dong Phuong University in the Soviet Union. Here, the Communist Party of Vietnam was born, and he was appointed as its secretary. In April 1930, he returned home and was elected to the provisional executive committee. Tran Phu was assigned the task of drafting a Political Commentary on the bourgeois civil rights revolution at Indochina.
October 1930, at the first meeting of the Central Committee, Tran Phu presented the Political Thesis, which was unanimously approved by the conference. The political thesis is highly appreciated by everyone and this is one of his great contributions, charting a new path for the Vietnamese revolution. When he was only 26 years old, Tran Phu showed himself to be a man with the right and farsighted vision of an excellent politician. And also at this age, he was the first person to hold the position of General Secretary of the Party, after that, he went to Saigon to continue his revolutionary work. While the movement was rising and his work was in turmoil, he was captured by the enemy, in prison, they used all kinds of cruel torture methods but still could not worship him.
On September 6, 1931, Tran Phu died at Cho Quan Hospital at the time he was only 27 years old.
General Secretary Tran Phu's passing was a great loss to the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, Mr. has left a shining example of patriotism, boundless loyalty to the ideals with a strong will and determination. Optimists always believe in eventual victory. He was considered by Uncle Ho as an excellent son of the People's Party, having made a heroic sacrifice for the revolution.
