Vuong Thi Huyen is a Vietnamese weightlifter competing in the 48kg weight class. She was called up to the national team in 2013. Only a year later, Vuong Thi Huyen broke the record of the National Sports Festival with a total of 181kg (5kg more than the old achievement) in the 48kg weight class.
In June 2015, Vuong Thi Huyen competed unsuccessfully at the Southeast Asian Championship. Just three months later, this talented and energetic candidate has worked wonders. In September 2015, at the Asian Championships held in Phuket (Thailand), Vuong Thi Huyen excellently defeated other competitors to win 2 gold medals (losing and general election) in the 48kg weight class.
