Nguyen Van Tuyen (born in 1990, residing in Bac Lung commune, Bac Ninh province) was identified by the authorities as a suspect in a particularly serious murder that occurred in Bai Bang residential group, Viet Yen ward, Bac Ninh province on the evening of June 20. Immediately after receiving the information, leaders of the Police Investigation Agency of Bac Ninh Province were directly present at the scene, directing the competent forces to urgently carry out investigation, examine the scene and clarify the case.
Through initial verification, the case occurred at the house of Mr. N. V. C. (born in 1965, residing in Bai Bang residential group, Viet Yen ward).
According to authorities, due to an emotional conflict with Ms. N. T. N. (born in 1995), Nguyen Van Tuyen brought a knife and attacked many family members.

- Grandchild N. H. P. (born 2016, son of Ms. N. )
- Grandchild N. B. B. (born 2020, daughter of Ms. N. )
- Ms. N. B. N. (born 2011, adopted daughter of Mr. C. )
After committing the crime, Nguyen Van Tuyen committed suicide.
The consequences of the incident caused:
- Ms. N. T. N. died.
- N. H. P. died.
- N. B. B. died.
- Nguyen Van Tuyen died.
Only Ms. N. B. N. was injured and was taken to the emergency room at Viet Yen General Hospital.
