Ita Rina real name Italina Lida "Ida" Kravanja, is a Slovenian and Serbian actress, a beauty queen. In the late 1920s and early 1930s Ita Rian was a film star in Germany and Czechoslovakia. She is also known as Miss Slovenia in 1926.
In 1927 actress Ita Rina went to Germany and participated in an audition. Then she took courses in acting, languages, dancing, driving... Also in 1927 she participated in the movie "What Do Children Hide from Their Parents" directed by Franz Osten. After a few small roles, in 1928 she made an impression with a larger role in the film "The Last Supper". In the same year, she met her future husband Miodrag Đorđević, a student. Her first female lead role was Andrea in the movie "Erotikon". In 1930 she participated in 3 films, but the most notable one is "Tonka Šibenice", the role in this film is considered her best role.
In 1931 Ita Rina married Miodrag Đorđević, She was baptized in the Russian Orthodox Church and took the new name Tamara Djordjevic. In the same year, she received an invitation to join Hollywood, but her husband did not agree and forced her to choose family or work, the final result she chose to live with her husband. However, she later accepted to participate in the films "World War II", "Atomic War Bride" and retired with the film "Zentrale Rio" in 1960.
