Shark Thuy, whose real name is Nguyen Ngoc Thuy, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Apax English Joint Stock Company. He is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Egroup. He is also known to the public when he participates in the program TVuong Vu Bac Ty as a guest investor.
Nguyen Ngoc Thuy is one of the pioneers in introducing the method.
