Lam Anh Quang was born and raised in Nam Dinh a>. From an early age, he showed a talent for the round ball and often competed in large and small tournaments held at school, class and local. With his talent, he quickly joined Nam Dinh football club.
At the age of 18, Thanh Nam's central defender first appeared in the V. League playground in Nam Dinh's shirt. . In 2010, he was one of the impressive players in the V. League playground at the age of 19. However, Quang's career was also lost due to injuries and consecutive relegation of Nam Dinh. Specifically, in 2009, he suffered a tendonitis injury while wearing the Vietnam U19 shirt. But due to subjectivity, there is no definitive treatment, but only taking medicine and applying ice. In the early years, only a week was enough, but in the following years, without medicine, he could not compete. In 2011, when he and Vietnam U23 attended the 26th SEA Games, an injury caused Quang to live with drugs and turn chronic. After that, he was taken to Hanoi for treatment. 2 months later, seeing the injury relieved, he immediately asked to return to the club to practice and compete. This made his injury worse again.
In 2011, the Nam team fell to the First Division and a year later dropped to the Second Division. The young player himself had to live with a prolonged injury, so he gradually got bored and left the team. It was not until 2 years later that he returned to the team, but with his free-spirited nature, he loved to play, so he repeatedly violated the discipline. And coach Vu The Cuong taught and shaped him not only on the football field but also in life. Since then, his football career gradually revived. In 2014 Nam Dinh was promoted to First place and he caught the eye of coach Le Huynh Duc, he started a relationship with SHB Da Nang.
After joining Da Nang, Anh Quang is expected to help the Han River team strengthen the defence. However, he was constantly injured, but with what he showed on the field and with his best efforts, he was put on the national team shirt.
After leaving SHB Da Nang, Lam Anh Quang returned to Nam Dinh Club and stayed with his hometown club for 3 years (2019-2021). In 2021, he broke up with Nam Dinh Club and suddenly "turned the car" with HAGL and once again joined Da Nang. This is the second time this player has worn the Han River team shirt and is the return after 3 years. Hopefully the young player will shine more and more on the pitch!
