Close-ended Super Bowl XXI and XXV winner as a member of the New York Giants. He won back-to-back All-Pro honors in 1986 and 1987 and was inducted into the New York Giants Ring of Honor in 2011.
During his rookie season in New York, he had nicknamed "Rocky" due to his resemblance to action star Sylvester Stallone.
