Nguyen Thanh Huong never thought that a vibrant, dynamic person like herself would be suitable for such a person. quiet and slow subjects like Zen. But then from a student with the lowest concentration in the class, she became a person who could balance emotions and change personality. In the past, she used to be short-tempered, saying things that hurt others. But since meditating, she feels that she can listen better, become more neutral, more empathetic with others. And since then, the negative emotions in her also gradually disappeared. Many friends and relatives around Huong Ann feel the freshness and lightness from her and realize the positive change from her. They also began to learn Zen. At first, she invited friends to study meditation, share and support them. After several years of guiding, listening, and supporting many people, she realized that many people do not know how to find relaxation in this chaotic and stressful life. Along with that, the 4.0 technology trend has also developed. Thanh Huong came up with the idea to build a meditation guide application on the phone. She had to refer to many famous meditation apps around the world, but couldn't find a single guided meditation app in Vietnamese. She started having the idea in 2016, but it was not until 2017 that she found a code friend who could be similar to her to implement this idea. By 2018, Huong's Contemporary Meditation app was launched on Android and iOS operating systems. Up to now, Huong Ann's Contemporary Meditation app has attracted many users from 49 countries and regions.
