Hoang Hoa Trung is the founder and manager of the charity project Nurturing Children from 2014 to present. He was voted as the Outstanding Young Face of Vietnam 2019 - Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister at the TYPICAL FACE OF VIETNAM program. This founder is also the founder and operator of Power 2000 - Changing every day to build thousands of new schools, making it to the list of Forbes Under 30 Vietnam's 30 Under 30. He studied at Aptech International Programmer Training System and studied Multimedia Graphics at Arena Multimedia. Hoang Hoa Trung has loved volunteer work since he was a high school student. He is the leader of the volunteer group Tin Tin (district Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) has become a shining example for many young people to study, famous by the nickname Trung Trash or Trung Raising Friends. He has had the talent of turning scrap into money since 2003. He and a group of volunteers regularly go to ceramic production facilities in Bat Trang, Hanoi, asking for defective goods to sell at book fairs to raise funds to help poor children go to school. In 2020, he and his colleagues put all their heart and soul into the "Electricity 2000" project. The project raises funds from only 2,000 VND/day with the goal of building more than 4,000 spacious schools. 2. This project aims to raise funds with a total value of more than 1.3 billion VND to build 5 schools in Tram Pung, Huoi Pet, Nga Ba, Muong Toong, Ta Ko Ki communes of Muong Nhe district, Dien Bien province. Thanks to his active activities in the field of charity, he was honored as a Typical Young Face of the Capital and a Typical Young Face of Vietnam in 2019. In 2020, he was voted by Forbes Vietnam to the list of 30 most prominent young faces under 30 years old in Vietnam (30 Under 30 in 2020).

In December 2025, Hoang Hoa's project "Raising Children" Trung faces many questions related to transparency in financial and operational activities. On the evening of December 7, 2025, Hoang Hoa Trung announced to freeze the account and temporarily suspend operations to re-statize all income and expenditure over the years and answer sponsors' questions.
