Chi shared, she started running because if she only drank alcohol without physical exercise, she might quickly become obese. Unlike many other athletes, Chi Nguyen restricts her food intake and focuses on training, she tries to reduce her alcohol intake and sleep more regularly. Another point is that her body does not need too much energy for daily exercise, she only needs to load 10 energy gel packs to be able to run up to 100km. Chi shared that she also easily lost weight, she lost 2kg when conquering Mont Blanc and 3kg when participating in Techcombank Marathon. Chi Minh, she thinks that the lighter the body, the easier and more flexible it will be to move.
Confiding about the preparations for each competition, Chi Nguyen has a A special feature is never wear headphones because it feels very entangled.
