Before becoming one of the top Lien Lien Mobile players Vietnam, he was just a guy who was passionate about games and liked to livestream. It was the impressive ranked matches and "one champion" gameplay with the general Trieu Van that helped Quang Hai gradually become known to the community. His ability to climb to the top of the Vietnamese server with a single champion made him known by many as the "prodigy" of Lien Quan Mobile, although at that time his name was still quite unknown in the professional Esports world.

His growing passion for e-sports made Quang Hai make an important decision in June 2019: pursue a career as a professional player. To realize his dream, it took him a lot of time to convince his family to let him come to the city. Ho Chi Minh City to start a business. The first days in a foreign land were not easy as they had to adapt to the new living environment while also trying to assert themselves in a competitive professional playing environment. However, with perseverance and determination, Quang Hai gradually overcame all difficulties to pursue the path he chose.

Quang Hai officially debuted at the 2019 Winter Arena of Fame wearing the VEC In The Dark shirt. Even though he was appearing for the first time at the highest level of Lien Quan Mobile Vietnam, he still played with confidence and quickly proved his talent. Precise skill handling and the ability to deal outstanding damage help Quang Hai become the highlight of the squad. At the end of the first season, VEC In The Dark won third place overall - a very encouraging achievement for a new team. Quang Hai alone also possesses the highest damage output in the tournament, ranked only behind ADC in the group stage.

However, the young prodigy's journey is not all rosy. After a promising debut season, VEC In The Dark changed its name to EVOS after changing sponsors, but the team's performance did not improve much. Two consecutive seasons after that, EVOS only finished in fifth place. By 2020, the team must compete in the promotion round of the Arena of Fame Series B before officially disbanding. This is a challenging period for Quang Hai, when his career seems to be at a dead end.

Not willing to stop, Quang Hai decided to join V Gaming, a choice that is considered a major turning point in his career. Wearing the "black and yellow bird" team shirt, he quickly regained his form and maximized his abilities. Right at the 2021 Spring Arena of Fame, V Gaming won third place, thereby gaining the right to attend the AWC 2021 international tournament. Coming to the Winter Arena of Fame the same year, the team was close to winning the domestic championship but still missed the final match.

Not only stopping at the domestic arena, Quang Hai also created a strong impression with V Gaming at AIC 2021. The team played sublimated, set many records and was considered one of the brightest candidates for the world championship. However, luck was still not smiling as they once again had to accept the runner-up position. Consecutive failures in the finals caused V Gaming to be nicknamed "the great runner-up", but those same stumbles helped this team accumulate more courage and experience.

After many years of tireless efforts, the 2022 season marked the most memorable milestone in Quang Hai's career. With his teammates at V Gaming, he successfully conquered the AIC 2022 championship, officially stepping to the top of the world Lien Quan Mobile. This title not only helps the team erase the "great runner-up" label but also brings in a bonus of up to 16 billion VND. This is considered a worthy reward for Quang Hai's arduous journey - from an anonymous streamer who had to convince his family to pursue his passion, to a world champion known by millions of fans.
