Who is Guitarist Dang Ngoc Long?
Dang Ngoc Long is a musician, a good guitar player. In 1987, he was the first Vietnamese to win the International Guitar Prize in Hungary. Since 2006, he has been the chairman of the artistic committee of the International Guitar Competition in Berlin, Germany. This is a contest that is considered as one of the 5 biggest competitions in the world.
Dang Ngoc Long has performed in many countries around the world such as Hungary, Spain, Czechoslovakia, Italy, France... He often performed famous works from the 15th century (Renaissance) - 17 (Baroque) - 18 (Klassisch), current works. He was also invited to be the judge and judge of world guitar competitions.
In 1994, the Bernau Music School organized a guitar competition named Dang Ngoc Long (Long-Wettbewerb für) Gitarrensolo), to honor and express gratitude for his contributions to the school.

Dang Ngoc Long also composed many works for guitar. like, Flashback, Prelude No. 1, Mienman, Meo, Beo drifting in clouds (quan ho folk song Bac Ninh), Fantasie in G Dur, Western mountains and forests original, Kreislauf (rotary)... and many duets and quartets. Some of his works are also included in the compulsory songs for the International Guitar Competition in Berlin such as: "Recollection", "Ru con", "Prelude No. 1", "Mienman", "I'm angry with you". , "Prelude No. 4", "For Thay", "Bamboo-Ber", "Beo Drift Clouds"...
In 2000, after 17 years away from home, Dang Ngoc Long had the opportunity to return to Vietnam to show to act. He gave his precious guitar to a contestant who won the prize in the competition at the National Music Festival in Hanoi.
In 2009, he was promoted to professor and led the University. Kirgisistan International invited to teach music. Artist Dang Ngoc Long is honored to be enrolled in the famous dictionary Who is who (The People Lexicon) Who is who Deutsche Nationalbibliothek.
Dang Ngoc Long has released many CDs and albums. In which the album is titled "Long plays Long", including works composed and performed by himself.

Since 2004, he has been the rector of the Berlin-Gesundbrunnen School of Music and also a guitar instructor.
