Who is Manager Ferzan Ozpetek?
Director and screenwriter known for his award-winning films Facing Windows and the Unknown Fairies, and his feature film debut Hamam. In 2008, he received a retrospective from the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, one of very few Italian directors at the time.
He received considerable theatrical experience from the Julian Beck Living Theater and would later go on to direct La Traviata at the San Carlo Theatre.

He studied film history at Rome's Sapienza University and went on to complete a program in art history and costume design from Navona Academy. He has also directed classes at the National Academy of Drama D'Amico Silvio D'Amico.
Although he was born in Istanbul, Turkey, he moved to Italy in 1976 and would later earn his citizenship there.
