National football team Croatia

The Croatian national football team, known in Croatian as Hrvatska nogometna reprezentacija, is a national team that currently represents Croatia in international competitions. The team is under the management of the Croatian Football Federation. This is a team that is considered to be one of the best teams in Europe and the world. The Croatian team finished 3rd at the 1998 World Cup and has participated in many Euros and World Cups for many years.

From 1930-1990, Croatia was part of Yugoslavia. In 1994, the Croatian team did not participate in the World Cup because it was not until July 1992 that they became an official member of the world football organization (FIFA). From 1998 to now, they have participated in the World Cup 6 times and have reached the final round 4 times, with the highest achievement being second place at the 2018 World Cup. With the European Football Championship, Croatia have participated 4 times and their highest achievement is to reach the quarterfinals.
