Poet Nguyen Ngoc Phu was born in Thach Kim - Loc Ha - Ha Tinh. He graduated as a motorcycle engineer from the Military Technical Academy and the 5th Nguyen Du School of Literature. Currently, he is Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Literature and Art Union, Editor-in-Chief of Hong Linh Magazine.
He has been a member of the Vietnam Writers Association since 2000; Member of Vietnam Journalists Association; Entered Ha Tinh Literary and Arts Union in 1992.
