Mrs. Ho Kim Thoa worked for 18 years at Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company, until 2010 she was appointed to position of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade. From 2000 to 2005, Ms. Thoa held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of Dien Quang Company. From 20005 to 2010 she held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company.
January 21, 2017, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc approved a disciplinary document in the form of reprimanding Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa for having violated the cadre work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
