From November 13, 2014 to November 20, 2014, he is a member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee.
From November 20, 2014, he continued to hold the position of Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and was elected Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Nam province.
