He is also a member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam, term 2021-2026, belonging to the National Assembly delegation Bac Giang province. From 2011-2016, he was the Procurator General of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam, a member of the 13th National Assembly of Vietnam (2011-2016) of the delegation of Quang Ngai province. Before switching to the civilian rank, he was a Major General of the Vietnam People's Public Security. He holds the rank of Associate Professor and holds a Ph. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh is currently a member of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-corruption and Anti-Corruption; Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform, a member of the Politburo of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, term 13. He presided over the trial. The cassation officer of death row inmate Ho Duy Hai was accused of killing two female Cau Voi postal workers.

On the afternoon of July 26, 2021, Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh was approved by the National Assembly. decided to pass the Resolution on election to be the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court. This is the third time the Vietnamese politician Quang Ngai has been sworn in as a Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court. After being sworn in, he gave his speech. He said, for the 14th National Assembly term, under the direct leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the close supervision of the National Assembly, the coordination of the Government, the support of the people, the whole system of People's Projects uphold responsibility and are constantly innovating and implementing breakthrough solutions, successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Constitution of Vietnam, which are human rights protection and justice. ...
