Who is Pop - Singer Bambam?
Bambam's real name is Kunpimook Bhuwakul, is a Thai male singer and rapper who is active in entertainment in Korea. Bambam is known as a member of the boy group GOT7 that debuted on January 16, 2014 under JYP Entertainment.
Before debuting as a member of GOT7, he used to be active in the dance group We Zaa Cool in Thailand with singer Lisa by music group Black Pink. He also acted in a Hong Kong film and seven commercials in Thailand. When he was 10 years old, he won the JYP award once, but because he was young, he couldn't come to Korea.
In 2007, he won the first prize of the Rain Cover Dance contest held in Thailand. In 2010, he won the second prize of LG Entertainer competition in Thailand. Also in 2010, he won a dance competition in Thailand and caught the eye of an employee of JYP Entertainment and came to Korea as a trainee.
In 2010, he filmed an advertisement for KFC, when that Bambam was just a trainee. In 2011, he filmed a CF in Thailand for the Thai Ovaltine Milk brand. In 2012, he also had a role in the Hong Kong movie “Fairy Tale Killer”.
Bambam trained for more than 3 years at JYP Entertainment before he became a full member of GOT7. He made his first appearance as a member of GOT7 in an Mnet: Who is Next reality show called "Win" that was broadcast on September 6, 2013. He and members Yugyeom, Jackson and Mark competed against YG Entertainment trainees.
On January 7, 2014, JYP Entertainment released some teaser images for Bambam along with some teaser images. of two members YoungJae and Jinyoung.
