Dang Duc Duy was born and raised in Hanoi in a family with three children. He is the youngest brother and has two older sisters. From a young age, the male artist showed his passion for music, theater and performing arts.
During his studies, he studied at Hanoi College of Arts. This is considered an environment to help him practice his vocal and dance skills as well as develop professional artistic thinking before entering the singing career.
