Wiz's studio album "ONIF C" was released on December 4, 2012, and includes the singles "Work Hard, Play Hard" and "Remember You". In March 2015 he released the album "See You Again", the soundtrack of the famous action movie "Fast & Furious" (Fast 7), the song took the number one position on the chart. On March 31, 2016, Wiz Khalifa sued former director Benjy Grinberg and Rostrum Records for "360 deal", an unfair contract agreement he signed with this company. Wiz earned $1 million in compensation and attorney fees. He and Grinberg have officially ended their relationship after 10 years of cooperation.

On December 12, 2012, the Pittsburgh City Council recognized Wiz Khalifa as a citizen of the city. He graduated from Taylor Allderdice High School in January 2012. He purchased a home near Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
