The Gen Z generation is a "force" of talent when it comes to the music industry Vietnam has many new elements with unique colors and musical tastes. Nguyen Dinh Dung (2003), stage name Destin, is one of the potential rookies of the current music market. Handsome visual and youthful appearance create charm that makes the 2k3 boy make a strong impression on the public. Currently, Dung is studying and working in Hanoi, pursuing a major in Vocal Music at the Central School of Art Education.
As a potential and promising singer, Dinh Dung is known for his perseverance and constant efforts in his journey as an artist. Meeting Dung during an afternoon of running events, we were impressed with the Gen Z guy's handsomeness and politeness, especially his sunny smile, which captured the hearts of many fans.
What made you fall in love with art and decide to pursue a major in Vocal Music?
From the years you entered high school. That's when you realized your love and excitement. , I have cultivated, developed, and expanded my artistic thinking. Those thoughts have helped me pass the exam to my dream university. This is a beautiful dream. Even better, I can study in the major I like.
It can be seen that Dung Having recognized your qualities and interests from a very early age, what difficulties did you encounter then?
I think it was peer pressure, because you My friends have studied vocal music since they were very young. Some of my friends have studied at art and culture schools since they were 14 and 15 years old and have many achievements. At first I was worried, but then I regained my confidence to continue my personal artistic path.
In the near future, I heard that Dung is preparing musical products. passionate music with the stage name Destin, what is the inspiration to create those things?
I am nurturing a personal project with loops music, I and rapper Nhat Bang and the vocal department have started working together. idea. Talking about inspiration is a bit difficult to describe, but for me, music is life, the surrounding stories are simply what serves as material for writing lyrics. A little reveal to the audience that my song will be released on October 1, 2023 with the name "Faded". As for the stage name Destin, have you ever heard the phrase "my destiny" - my destiny? Removing the "y" means that whoever meets Destin is "fate". Hopefully our meeting this time in the upcoming song is fate between me and the audience.
Your project is really interesting, no need for release time yet But interviewers like me are anxiously looking forward to your enthusiastic "brainchild". Perhaps, the thoughts that Dung sent in the song also contain something special?
That must be the case, I want to share many more things but please don't reveal them until at release. Each person will have their own message, a certain mark in the enjoyment process.
Finally, what do you have to say to your audience?
Every first child contains the dedication and enthusiasm of a professional, I hope you will accept and love it. Although there are many shortcomings, I am always open to receiving sincere suggestions from listeners to try to change every day.
