He had to quit his job to sing in Saigon to return to his hometown. His life fell into a stalemate, even once being held by a creditor with a knife.
Due to difficult circumstances, the once-romantic guy has now become calloused because of the sun and rain. The dark days of Thien Bao's life, but he never stopped loving music. In Huong Son, Thien Bao met English teacher Phan Thi Nguyet during a singing exchange at his wife's school. After marriage, his life became more miserable.
It was thanks to his wife's teaching mic that gave Thien Bao the opportunity to sing. He uploaded a clip of himself singing and was shared by friends on Youtube, making him suddenly a network phenomenon. After that, he bought a better phone and started livestreaming bolero songs and posting them on his personal Facebook.
