In order to keep her fit and toned body, Ngoc Quy works hard at bodybuilding. Every week, she spends 3-5 sessions at the gym to improve her fitness and stay in shape. She prioritizes exercises for the arms, abs, shoulders, and buttocks. Not doing heavy exercises but practicing continuously is the secret of Ngoc Quy's practice.
