Who is Suspect Huynh Van Nen?

Thanh suspected that Tho and Viet were the killers of Ms. Le Thi Bong. So asked and both admitted to killing Mrs. Bong and robbing her property. After that, Thanh denounced Tho and Viet to the competent authorities, but they were not considered. In 2015, after 17 years of sitting unjustly, Mr. Huynh Van Nen was vindicated. On the side of Tho, after committing the crime, he fled and lived in many places. Until October 10, 2015, he was stopped by traffic police Hong Ngu, Dong Thap province to check his documents. Because he did not have identification and vehicle documents, he was taken to the headquarters. Here, he declared his name and his crime.
The murder and robbery case carried out by Tho has been restored and investigated, Mr. Huynh Van Nen has been proved. unjustly afterwards. In August 2016, the People's Court of Binh Thuan province used the first instance and sentenced defendant Nguyen Tho to 20 years in prison for two counts of "murder" and "robbery". In addition, Tho also had to pay 124 million VND to the victim's family. On the Vietnamese side, in the process of escaping, he died of illness.
Ms. Le Thi Bong's family did not agree with the first-instance judgment, so they appealed in the direction of increasing the penalty for Tho to death and the compensation for funeral costs and mental loss to 640 ,9 million dong. At the same time, the victim's family asked the appellate level to clarify Viet's role in this case.
On September 14, 2022, Mr. Nguyen Thuan (who used to help Huynh Van Com vindicate him) said that Mr. Com had died at a hospital in Vung Tau city due to illness. According to initial information, on the morning of September 13. In 2022, a woman took Mr. Com to an emergency hospital in a state of poor health. Within an hour of being hospitalized, he passed away. Upon receiving the news, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam (Mr. Com's wife) and her son rented a car to Vung Tau to bring his body to Binh Thuan for burial.
