Writer Bich Ngan is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the City Writers Association. Ho Chi Minh City (terms VI and VII) Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Prose Council. com. vn/ Ho Chi Minh City Writers Association term 7 (2015-2020).
