Actress Truong Phuong was born into a well-off family, her father was a businessman, however, when she was in grade 12, her father passed away, so the burden fell on her mother. Her sister's mother Bui Thi Thanh Thuy was a preschool teacher, after getting married she stayed at home to take care of her family and her husband and children. After her husband died, she opened a small shop to make money to feed her children. From a small shop of hers, she later developed into a chain of stores that are now doing very well.
