From Sa Pa's native perilla tree, she has created 20 different product lines such as: tea bags, extracts, essential oils, shampoos, lotions... These products are effective in reducing disease symptoms. gout, flu treatment, skin beautification... Her natural products are popular with many customers. To date, her Sa Pa Secrets Cooperative has expanded the raw material area for growing perilla to more than 30 hectares, providing perilla seeds for local farmers to plant more than 10 hectares. The annual harvest output is estimated at over 200 tons of raw materials (including perilla leaves and stems).

When you come to Ta Phin commune and ask her "Spring Perilla", no one knows because she has been attached to it. with ethnic people here for nearly 10 years. In 2014, she graduated with a major in Crop Science from the Academy of Agriculture Vietnam. She was sent by the school to Sa Pa to research crops. After doing research for a while, she branched out to do her own thing.
In December 2018, Ms. Xuan Tia To linked up with women in Ta Phin commune to establish Sapa Secrets Cooperative operating according to the community cooperative model. After 5 years of establishment, her cooperative has nearly 100 members, focusing on developing and producing a line of organic cosmetic products from native perilla varieties.
In the beginning of her business, Ms. In the spring, Perilla makes Dao Do bathing water in Ta Phin and develops very well. In 2019, she invested in Sa Pa center, about 13km from Ta Phin village, to do services. She borrowed more than 1 billion to invest in the project "Swimming into the big sea". Her group rented a hotel on Muong Hoa street for 55 million/month, the 1st-2nd floors are used for massage and herbal baths, the 3rd-6th floors welcome guests staying at the hotel, and the 7th floor serves food and drink.
After only 1 week of opening, the Covid epidemic struck, followed by social distancing, causing her to lose all her capital without making any money. She tried to hold out until March 2020, then decided to let go of that hotel, accepting the loss of 200 million in deposit. After that, she returned to Ta Phin and focused on planting 3,000 square meters of perilla. Amidst the misfortune, there was also a blessing, perilla was very hot at that time, she didn't grow enough to sell. Thanks to Covid-19, Ms. Xuan found a direction for her whole life. Ms. Xuan is an example of strength, proof that when we are determined enough to pursue our passion, all difficulties are just challenges.
