From an early age, he had the opportunity to interact with art through the Children's House and art clubs and groups. These early experiences gradually shaped his love for music, dance and performing arts. While majoring in Commercial Law at Ton Duc Thang University, Duong Thai still maintained his passion for art and actively participated in activities related to arts and sports. This was also the time when he had the opportunity to interact with the fitness field and be trained by experienced people in the industry in the city. Ho Chi Minh.

From those experiences, Duong Thai began pursuing the path of a professional coach. He completed Fitness Instructor training courses according to international standards and began teaching fitness subjects combining music and dance. After graduating from university, he continued to improve his expertise by studying the National Fitness Coach Level II program of the Vietnam Weightlifting and Fitness Federation, and completing certificates related to Sports Dance and Aerobics at the Vietnam Sports Federation. The systematic training process helps Duong Thai gain more professional foundation to develop the two fields of sports and performing arts in parallel.

An important milestone in Mr. LeO arrived in 2019, when he was introduced as the Champion of the show "Music Bus" season 3 organized by HTV Television. This achievement creates more motivation for Duong Thai to step deeper into the professional art environment. Instead of just focusing on a fixed role, he continuously expands his activities from coaching, performing to participating in art programs and projects.

In the period 2021–2022, Duong Thai participates as a judge at Kochan Style Professional Aerobic graduation courses. In 2022, he was introduced to the Top 5 of the PT Star competition, and received awards including Best Catwalk Award, Best Favorite PT Award and Best Talent Award. These milestones contribute to strengthening the image of Mr. LeO in the fields of fitness, sports and performing arts, while also opening up more opportunities for him to participate in training and talent development activities.

By 2024, Duong Thai's artistic activities continue to expand. He was introduced as the Director of the Music Video project "Bach Vu Kinh Hong", participated in directing the opening performance at Icon Fashion Week 2024 and took on the role of judge at the Star Talent Kid 2024 program. Experiences in many different roles help Duong Thai gain more perspective on art, from performing directly to creating content, organizing programs and finding young talents.

In addition to artistic activities, Mr. LeO also devotes a lot of enthusiasm to training. He is introduced as a lecturer in many subjects such as Dance Fitness, Dance Sport Basic, Zumba, Ancient Dance and Sexy Dance, and is also a 3-Star Trainer at the City Sports Federation. Ho Chi Minh. Directly teaching and working with students for many years helped Duong Thai realize the need for a systematic art training environment, where students not only practice skills but can also develop confidence, creative thinking and the ability to express themselves.

With Mr. LeO Duong Thai, building LEO ACADEMY is not only a step forward in his career but also a way for him to continue pursuing his passion for art in a new direction. Previously he directly stood on stage or taught in the practice room, now his role has expanded to building a team, developing programs and creating an environment for art lovers to learn, practice and develop.
