Vu Thi Thuy is a famous CEO, entrepreneur, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Nhat Nam Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company. She is the wife of actor Khanh Phuong. On September 8, 2023, Ho Noi City Police announced that the Hanoi Police Investigation Agency had just issued a Decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the defendant and a Detention Order for Vu Thi. Thuy (born 1983, residing in Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi) for fraudulent appropriation of property specified in Article 74 of the Penal Code.

Nhat Nam Group was established in July 2019, introducing itself as owning a land fund stretching from Hanoi, Thanh Hoa to Tay Ninh, Phu Quoc (Kien Giang)... At the end of 2022, Vu Thi Thuy Joining the Board of Directors of Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company (SJC) - an enterprise listed on the UPCoM market, as a major shareholder owning 23.53% of capital. After an extraordinary meeting at the end of 2022, Thuy was elected President and legal representative of SJC, after which she continued to take on the role of General Director of the company. Also at the same time, SJC shares were noticed with a sudden increase. However, information from Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: SJC) said that Vu Thi Thuy sold 1, 631, 600 SJC shares to reduce the percentage of shares she is holding at SJC from 23.5% reduced to 0%, thereby she is no longer a major shareholder at Song Da 1.01 since March 31.
