After graduating from Hanoi University of Theater and Cinema, Hiep Ga was accepted as an actor of the Youth Theater. Here, he began to be known to the audience from his roles in "Meet the Weekend" and "Laughing Gala" of Vietnam Television. From these shows, Hiep Ga emerged as an outstanding young comedian in the North.

On April 10, 2016, he got married for the third time with his bride Dieu Thuy, born in 1988, hometown in Quang Ninh and never married.
