Best known as the lead guitarist of the hard rock band Guns Los Angeles based on N' Roses. His guitar prowess is best illustrated on songs like "Sweet Child o' Mine", "Paradise City" and "November Rain".
In addition to Guns N' Roses, he also formed the Slash groups Snakepit and Velvet Revolver and in 2010 he released his debut, self-titled debut solo album.

He married actress Renee Suran on October 10, 1992 and then remarried Perla Ferrar on October 15, 2001. He filed for divorce from Ferrar in late 2014. He has two. son named London and cash.
