Le Van Phuc, born in 2002, is known as the founder and operator of Fly To Sky - a charity organization operating widely across many provinces and cities Vietnam, attracting thousands of volunteers to participate. Right from the time he was in school, he soon showed a sense of responsibility to the community. From witnessing the difficult circumstances of patients and children in remote areas, he formed the desire to create an environment where young people can join hands to help society in a systematic and sustainable way. In 2018, when he was just 16 years old, he officially established a volunteer group with a starting point of only about 40 local students.
Initially, the group's activities were mainly giving gifts and supporting necessities to disadvantaged households. However, thanks to clear organizational thinking and long-term development orientation, the model gradually expanded its scale. After more than 7 years of operation, the organization has more than 200 core members and thousands of volunteers across the country, implementing hundreds of programs in more than 20 provinces and cities.
The areas of activity focus on education, community health care, social security, supporting economic development in disadvantaged areas and environmental protection. Many long-term projects such as building bookcases for students in remote areas, supporting clean water systems for mountain schools, awarding scholarships to students with special circumstances or supporting people affected by natural disasters have left a clear mark in the community.
The highlight of Le Van Phuc's journey lies not only in his enthusiasm but also in his strategic thinking. Instead of operating spontaneously, programs are built with specific plans, financial transparency, and effectiveness evaluation after each campaign. He is also involved in operating a social enterprise model to optimize resources and maintain long-term sustainable operations.
Thanks to his positive contributions, the young man has received many prestigious awards such as the National Volunteer Award in 2019 at the age of 17, the title of Youth Living Beautifully in 2022, Promising Young Face of Vietnam in 2023 and many domestic and foreign certificates of merit. These achievements not only recognize his personal efforts but also affirm the reputation of the volunteer model he founded.
Currently, in addition to his role in running the organization, he also holds the position of Standing Deputy Head of the National Volunteer Network in the Southern region. In his twenties, Le Van Phuc has become an inspirational role model for many young people to dare to think, dare to do and dare to take responsibility for society. The journey from a high school student in Gia Lai to the head of a nationwide charity organization shows the power of the spirit of dedication when combined with a long-term vision. That story continues to spread the message of responsibility, compassion and the desire to create sustainable value for the Vietnamese community.
