Duong Tra Giang was born in 2005, currently a student majoring in Marketing & Communications at the School of Business and Administration - Hanoi National University. Possessing an impressive height of 1m70 with measurements of 86 - 60 - 91 cm, Tra Giang is considered one of the outstanding contestants right from the first rounds of the Miss Vietnam Student contest. Not only does she have the advantage of appearance, she also shows confidence, good communication skills and modern thinking - factors that help her shine in the behavioral competition.
In the final night of December 15, 2024, Tra Giang surpassed hundreds of contestants from many universities and colleges across the country to win the top position. In addition to the title of Miss Vietnam Student 2024, the 19-year-old beauty also received two additional awards including Fashion Beauty and Beauty with the most beautiful skin. The total value of the prize she received was up to more than 11 billion VND, including cash, crowns and many other valuable gifts.
After being crowned, she quickly became a face loved by many people thanks to her gentle, modest demeanor and delicate behavior. Tra Giang shared that this title is not only an honor but also a great responsibility. She wants to use her image to spread positive values, inspire students to study, develop themselves and contribute to society.
Besides studying, Duong Tra Giang also has a great passion for art. She was a member of the Theater and Cinema Club at school, participating in many performance activities, hosting shows and acting in short films. These experiences have helped her practice her communication skills, stage presence and become more confident when standing in front of a crowd.
Not only stopping at entertainment activities, she also spends a lot of time on volunteer programs. After her coronation, she visited and gave gifts to children and people in difficult circumstances in Gia Lai and Ba Vi. Tra Giang said that volunteer trips have brought her many valuable lessons about compassion, sharing and responsibility to the community.
In the future, Tra Giang expressed her desire to continue studying, cultivating knowledge and skills to improve herself. She does not rule out the possibility of trying out international beauty contests in the future when she has enough experience and bravery. At the same time, Tra Giang also has a development orientation in the fields of communication, art and business, with the goal of becoming a role model of a knowledgeable, independent and positively influential young woman.
