After winning the Miss title, Jennifer joined Hope to participate in charity trips in many countries.
She later worked for Air Canada and was later married to airline operator David Craig. They lived in Bermuda until 1973 when they moved to Ontario, Canada. They have two children together: a daughter, Sophia Craig, and a son, Beau Craig.
Together with her second husband Shaun Sarsfield, Jennifer opened several restaurants and bars in Grenada in 2005. In 2006 she was invited to be the Director of the Miss World Grenada pageant to select a representative. For example, the Miss World pageant. She published her autobiography in 2008.
