Monks Thich Giac Nhan

Master Thich Giac Nhan was once bullied by the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (GHPGVN) Lam Dong province suspends the abbot of Tinh That Quan The Am after a video interviewing the incense spirit believed to be the late Venerable Thich Thien Quang. This incident has affected the reputation and prestige of Venerable Thich Thien Quang.

July 22, 2014, Standing Committee of the Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Sangha Ben Tre Province sent Official Letter No. 40/VT- BTS requesting the Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Sangha of Lam Dong province to handle Venerable Thich Giac Nhan for conveying superstitions related to related to the late Venerable Thich Thien Quang, causing frustration in the late Venerable's family as well as monks, nuns, and Buddhists at home and abroad. Master Thich Giac Nhan sent an application to repent of his mistakes to the Lam Dong Provincial Board of Directors.

On December 18, 2014, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha BTS in Lam Dong province issued a decision to suspend Venerable Thich Giac Nhan from the position of abbot for 3 years. During the time of being disciplined, Master Thich Giac Nhan was only allowed to live, study and repent of his mistakes at the Avalokitesvara retreat. However, Master Thich Giac Nhan violated the regulations, often leaving the locality, even going abroad to live and preach activities on social networks but did not report it. After that, Master Thich Giac Nhan continued to be suspended for another 18 months, temporarily suspending the abbot of Quan The Am Tinh. The time of being disciplined is not only the torment and torment of Venerable Thich Giac Nhan, but also a challenge and a good opportunity to evaluate one's own will and moral strength. Many Buddhas expressed their wish that the Church would soon restore the position of abbot to Venerable Thich Giac Nhan. For many years, Venerable Thich Giac Nhan has nurtured and nurtured more than 800 lonely old people, propagating the righteous Dharma to bring peace to many people everywhere.
