Huynh Anh Hai is a Vietnamese martial arts master who has received a lot of attention in recent years thanks to the founding of the Giao Long Vo Dao sect and the Than Luc Qigong discipline. With more than three decades of research into traditional martial arts, internal energy qigong and comprehensive health development methods. His exercises, philosophies and training methods are attracting a large number of students at home and abroad, creating a significant influence in the martial arts and qigong loving community.
Born in Thua Thien - Hue, a land famous for its long-standing martial arts tradition, Huynh Anh Hai learned martial arts very early. The family has a martial arts background as his uncle is a martial arts master, and his father is a military officer who trained on the field. These factors helped him form a passion for martial arts from an early age, while also creating a spirit of discipline and persistent will - two especially important qualities in his future martial arts journey. From that foundation, he studied many traditional sects such as Tay Son Shaolin, Hau Quyen Dao, Van An Phai or Bach My Phai, each bringing a different mindset and technique that he accumulated to develop his own martial arts system.
After many years of research and practice, Huynh Anh Hai officially founded the Giao Long Vo Dao sect, a martial arts sect that combines combat techniques, physical training, nutrition and internal energy. According to official introduction sources, the sect has now spread to dozens of countries with thousands of disciples. What makes Giao Long Vo Dao different is the spirit of "martial arts - Dao - Chi" blending, aiming at comprehensive training of both body and mind.
Besides martial arts, his name is more widely known through the Divine Force Qigong system. This is an exercise program built on regulating breathing, qi movement, coordination of dynamic and static exercises, meditation and many internal force techniques. He said the system includes more than 70 exercises with a learning curve of 2 to 10 years depending on the level. Divine Power Qigong is promoted as a method to help improve health, restore physical condition after illness, improve spirit and increase body flexibility. Some special exercises - such as the exercise "Spring Eyes" - have been shared by him for free with the community, attracting great interest from office workers, the elderly or people who have problems after using electronic devices for a long time.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, when the physical and mental health of many people declined, Huynh Anh Hai further emphasized the mission of "rebuilding Vietnamese physical strength". According to him, combining martial arts - qigong - meditation is a way to help the body recover sustainably, while also training the will and spirit of self-control. It is this mindset that has helped his programs attract a large number of followers on social networks and media.
Although there are still conflicting opinions, it cannot be denied that G. Master Huynh Anh Hai is one of the most prominent figures in the field of martial arts and qigong in Vietnam today. The combination of many years of experience practicing martial arts, an accessible communication style and an orientation to developing public health has helped him build his own mark and attract increasing attention from martial arts lovers at home and abroad.
