She had to stay in the morgue, receive the ashes and send them back to Vietnam because the victim's family was too poor to come and receive them. Explaining the establishment of the Loving Heart Association, Ms. Thao Van said: "I used to be poor like them. I used to eat dust lying on the shore, used to carry wood, saw wood in the forest; I carry 18 bags of cement/day, drive 7 sand trucks for construction sites. I have run away from the police until my feet are bloody, and I hide in a barrel to hide. I understand how much money can be exchanged in this country. much blood and tears".
